Careful reading indicates the profanity is on a decal and the plate is a “novelty” (bought on-line or at a head shop) and not a vanity plate issued by a state.

Even if it was a novelty plate - what kind of cop would ignore something like that? If I was a cop and saw a car with that on it, I'd find SOMETHING wrong with the car that required a tow and several inspections.

They screw with ordinary people on a daily basis over much less. Why would this jerk get a pass?
