The pic I saw showed a rebreather O2 bag. No trach but then I saw the video of his older brother walking naked and handcuffed by BPD. I also saw a pic of his dead body.

It’s sad that it takes such a tragedy to get him to enforce the law. Of course that should be normal and taken for granted but it isn’t.
I wonder if the FBI is in revolt here. No way does the African Muslim communist Ubama want this thing to go beyond the isolated case of two nutty brothers, acting all alone. The scumbag Democrat “mainstream” newsrooms must be gnashing their teeth.
That poor guy was not the brother. He went through that and was released.

The police chief, Edward Deveau, describes how cops nearly apprehended the older suspect, and were placing handcuffs on him in the middle of the street Thursday night, when the younger suspect came at officers in a carjacked SUV. The cops were able “to dive out of the way,” and the younger suspect then continued to drive directly over his brother and dragging him through the street. That’s how the older suspect died, according to the police chief.
The younger suspect eventually dumped the SUV and ran into the darkness of the night, according to the police chief. It took nearly 18 hours and massive manhunt to find the younger suspect. He gave himself up after a 20-minute negotiation with the FBI, he said, but not before the suspect fired more rounds at the authorities.

Now I wonder what was agreed to during this 20 min ‘negotiation’ with the FBI. I doubt the kid is as dumb and didn’t get something out of it ... if they’re negotiating that implies he was asking for something.. maybe his life to be spared and 20 years/blame it on the brother.
