Reports earlier stated he was trached, so of course, he can’t speak at this point. However, all they have to do is cover the trach and he can talk.
The pic I saw showed a rebreather O2 bag. No trach but then I saw the video of his older brother walking naked and handcuffed by BPD. I also saw a pic of his dead body.

I heard he was intubated which is a totally different thing. You can’t talk if you’re intubated.
