Well, Mumbles is like the dude from Weekend at Bernies... Cept not dead yet. He broke out of his Hospital bed after the bombings to Buck up the people of Boston.

One time on Howie Carr’s talk radio show he was playing various audio clips of ‘the best of Mumbles Menino’. Totally hilarious listening to the dysfunctional phonetics from the Mayor’s disjointed lips.
