You can start with libertarian Andrew Napolitano (who I usually respect) but who was just on FOX News bleeding for this bloodthirsty traitor’s constitutional rights. They might not have been defending the terrorist, but I have seen quite a few predict that it would be a home grown terrorist and that we shouldn’t blame Muslims because of our foreign policy in the Middle East. It might not have been on FreeRepublic, but the Libertarians on the WSJ were all for blaming Bush and his foreign policy.
