I would advise anyone not wanting to be charged as a treasonous enemy combatant to not join the Islamic enemy and plant bombs on US soil to kill and maim US citizens and other innocent bystanders. Pretty damn simple, eh?

Agreed, but if the accused is a US Citizen they should be tried for "treason" as such. Not condoning the criminal behavior, but at the same time unwilling to give King Barry's court the authority to determine which American is an "enemy combatant" or not.

"If this be treason, make the most of it!" could take on new meaning for American Patriots.
