Is that true? That he was on a terror watch list BEFORE he was given a Visa to come into USA to study?

Appears that section of the immigration law allows for waivers that open doors that would otherwise be locked.

Yeah. BIG time terrorist list. But he was Saudi. Oboma admin gave all Saudis a pass.
