I’ve always wondered very much about the various taxes on tobacco. I mean tobacco is as critical to some of the states well being as cotton or wheat or manufactured goods.
Since when does the Constitution get in their way?
As they compete with big retail, Amazon is advocating for this legislation too, while at the same time they are seeking local tax exemptions across the country to build warehouses.
