Oh hum....just another day in the People’s Paradise of Maryland and its “signature” city Baltimore. The guards will all be supported financially by the city if not re-hired.
Move to Maryland if you love corruption, crime and high taxes.
All prisons should be run with military precision and order just like the old Alcatraz movies or the new supermax concept. I don’t care which, but this idea that the prisoners should have a lot freedom to do things on their own like the oz concept on HBO or the case of this prison in Maryland is all wrong.
