DOJ or Holder or Obama or whomever, elected to proceed with having this case go through the judicial system. They charged him and he then had a right to an initial court appearance and appointment of counsel. I find neither the judge or the public defenders conduct as improper. The exception relied on by the FBI in not giving Miranda to a criminal suspect does not guarantee they have 48 hours. Another screw up by either the FBI or DHS.

Holder doesn’t act on his own...(can’t you tell). Everything in this case is Obama himself..

I thought it might be something like that. And it points to how low the "craft" of journalism has fallen. Years ago it would have been:
Olsen!

Yes, chief?

You go and write a story about the arraignment process, how it is triggered, what happens in what order, how are judges assigned ... we must tell the public how it works. Then we'll see if any corners were cut. Now tell Kent to get in here.

Idiot Feebs probably started the ball rolling when they filed the charges. The court system followed SOP and the rest is unfortunately history.

And speaking fo bad reportoing, what is all this "they Mirandized him and he shut up" stuff? it should be "they brought him 4 public defenders and they made sure he shut up."
