Your right ... they do provide a useful service in keeping the issues in front of at least a small percentage of the population.

OTOH, they make a TONof money themsleves while they don’t actually solve ANYthing, and Rush and Levin in particular dissappointments me EVERY time that someone asks either one for some specific advice.

Of all the hosts, Rush disappoints me the most and the most often. He rarely discusses anything of significance these days sadly.

But, that being said, I do still love him very much.

He is the man who shaped my conservatism, and he did so by being the first one to get to me politically when I was 21 and explained things in such a way that I had no choice but to agree.

He, being the first to reach me on a political level, was the one who planted the seeds of conservatism, and they grew. There was no longer room for any other seed to be planted.

This is partly the reason I view their roles as sources of conservative philosophy as so important. Whomever plants seeds in any fertile mind first shall be the permanent gardener of that mind.

This is why liberals are trying to get to kids as early as they can to plant the seeds of their poisonous philosophy, and they are certainly succeeding in that effort.
