Why didn’t they use the American way to government paid disability?

Yeah, I know of a strapping man of forty two years who gets a round just fine. He had a back injury and has been living on “disability” for years now. What a disgrace...will come to an end soon.
“Look busy, because Jesus is coming back”... haha!
