In the hearing yesterday as soon as the testimony in court got any where near this issue, even though breached by the prosecution, the judge shut it down. I doubt that she will allow anything regarding Martin’s criminal past and adventures as a jewel thief to be entered into evidence, even though it goes a long to explain why TM appeared to be casing the joints that night and why he seemed to have his own source of income.

Yeah, the fix is in against the “white-latino” guy.

Cheers!

I’ve always wondered - The community he got shot in had alot of problems with burgulary....and Martin was caught with stolen goods. Is the stolen jewelry being held by the police somewhere, and have the Sanford residents every been able to look at it to see if its there’s?

Its a long shot...but it sounds like Martin lived in a pretty lousy neighborhood in Miami, and the middle claas complex in Sanford would have been a burgulary gold mine.

If such a connection could be made, I’d hope the judge couldn’t keep his criminal past out of this.

Judge Nelson has a stilted view of “relevance,” and I believe you are correct, she won’t allow the jury to hear any character evidence relating to Martin.
