Perfectly APPARENTLY healthy human beings with handicapped-parking decals spring out of their cars and happily stroll right by me.

There ... corrected the sentence. This person is judging on appearances only. The person getting out of the handicap vehicle could very likely have a heart condition that limits the distance they can walk. Not all disabilibities are visible, nor do all make one walk like Quasimoto.

There are those who have a disabled or elderly family member who drive them to doctors or where ever else they need to need to go that legitimately need the handi-cap access to load and un-load the patient. Most of their driving or errands don’t involve the handicapped individual but they still park in the handi-cap space because they have the tag, these are the a$$h0!#$.

Or they could be like me, I can walk into the store just fine it is the coming out that is the problem. After I walk awhile my leg just almost quits working with lots of pain. The discs in my back are falling apart and my sciatic has been pinched for about 10 yrs.
