Or, they went to college and they can out with the same job skills they went in with so they aren't underemployed.

One thing they did get from college, an attitude that they are special and can’t possibly ever do anything wrong and everyone else is an idiot that couldn’t possibly teach them anything because they already know it all.

It’s been that way for years, and it gets worse every year.
