“Someone needs to tell this SCHMUCK Mikey Weinstein that this flies in the face of the 1st amendment”

Correct me if I’m wrong here Freeper lawyers, but I don’t think serving soldiers have the same rights as civilians. They can’t, for example, publically call their officers (or CIC) names. Can anybody who knows fill us in on how (or if) soldier’s rights differ from civilians?

The reason for the chaplain’s corps is the guard their religious rights. The medal of honor given Father Kapaun is recognizes its role in the military.
