Why that's OK, that's observing a “Civil Right” allowed to all (except Christians, or even Jews, who don't proselytize.)

The Ft Hood murderer yelled Allah Ahkbar. I wonder if they added proselytizing t the murder charges?

Well we know they can yell “allah akbur” while shooting fellow soldiers during the commission of a job related incident.
