But, Harry, you and Nancy and Barak said that ObamaCare would “pay for itself.” You had the CBO score it to show that it “saved money.” So if you need more money to implement it, then simply use all of those ObamaCare savings! Or aren’t there any “savings” after all, you lying sack?
Might as well say “Crack addict says more money needed to prevent their life from becoming a train wreck”.
They can’t even run the trains (passenger trains that is; the regulations are so ridiculous too), so why are they trying to run this?
