Poll: 29% of Registered Voters Believe Armed Revolution Might Be Necessary in Next Few Years May 2, 2013 By Gregory Gwyn-Williams, Jr. Subscribe to Gregory Gwyn-Williams, Jr. RSS
Twenty-nine percent of registered voters think that an armed revolution might be necessary in the next few years in order to protect liberties, according to a Public Mind poll by Fairleigh Dickinson University.
The poll, which surveyed 863 registered voters and had a margin of error of +/-3.4, focused on both gun control and the possibility of a need for an armed revolution in the United States to protect.
The survey asked whether respondents agreed, disagreed, neither agreed nor disagreed or did not know or refused respond to the statement: "In the next few years, an armed revolution might be necessary in order to protect our liberties"
Twenty-nine percent said they agreed, 47 percent said they disagreed, 18 percent said they neither agreed nor disagreed, 5 percent said they were unsure, and 1 percent refused to respond.

I think the recent, last 6 years, run on guns in the US is due to the increase in the deer herds around the country. At some point hunters will just snap and go on a massive hunting spree weeding out all the sickly and crazy deer that populate the herds.
“Twenty-nine percent said they agreed,” (wannabe keyboard commandos, a dangerous unpredictable lot)
“47 percent said they disagreed,” (sensible, not yet prepared, will eventually be the first of our citizenry to capitulate and comply)
“18 percent said they neither agreed nor disagreed,” (another segment of a feckless lot of nieghbors, co-workers, friends)
“5 percent said they were unsure,” (these folks need to keep their heads in the sand, and stay out of the way)
“and 1 percent refused to respond.” (these are the real folks who will resist if need be...These are the ones the government are afraid of)
Just my opinion...
About the CWII Ping List
The CWII Ping List is short for Civil War II. It is NOT a list of people advocating another Civil War in America. It is a list of people who are interested in the parallels between the Civil War (or War Between the States, if you prefer) and our current situation, or more generally are noting the references to a 'coming Civil War' that are made in the press.
FR rules do not permit advocating for the overthrow of the Republic, and I am not aware of anyone doing so on the list. Still many do see that as the political climate worsens we may be heading in a direction that makes such a conflict all but inevitable, particularly if other avenues for resolving our differences are taken away. Such as widespread vote fraud by leftists making elections meaningless, or a small cadre of judges over-ruling all attempts to end destructive policies over the clear will of the people.
The correct keyword tag for the Civil War II ping list is "CWII".

I would say the 1% who refused to respond is an interesting group of responders...
More so than the 29%...
I believe it is exactly the opposite...
There are very few people I trust anymore, and it is only inclusive of one family member...
The rest are kinda scattered around...
I’d be willing to wager that 90+% of registered, constitutionally literate voters believe an armed revolt will be necessary!
