I’m getting really tired of Mr. Gabby Giffords opening his pie hole. Both he and St. Gabby are lionized in our local media here in PHX and are above any criticism. I wouldn’t be surprised if he approved of Ubama’s closing of the space shuttle program.

That was INTENTIONAL. They are using the Alinsky Isolation Tactic and trying to separate the NRA from rank and file Republicans. The idea being that less-informed Republicans (i.e., in the Northeast) will react by saying something like: “OMG, the NRA is even worse than the Republicans in our party”.

He didn't break the law because he never filled out the form for the AR15. He was pictured filling out a form, but it was for the .45 pistol he was buying for himself. The AR15 purchase was on hold because it was a used firearm and had to clear a 20-day waiting period to see if it was stolen. He was going to fill out the form then and take possession.

That was one of the "first" reports. It was incorrect. Most accounts (including post-mortem examination) indicate the rifle was used in the killings.
Of course, ALL details on the investigation are now on close hold and/or buried, so who knows what really went on? The truth could be anything.
