That is the beginning of a Facebook post that I received late Wednesday / early Thursday morning. The post came from Tim Manning a 62-year-old pastor who resides in Kernersville, NC. Manning states that he was on the phone with his mother when:
"They busted-in my front door of this $300,000+ home and busted-in a set of rear French doors. Then they set a diversionary explosive grenade in...."

His son violated him by pretending to be a cop.
This guy has some things to explain or others are lying about him. Thus the reason he’s probably become an interest of law enforcement.

n a telephone interview, Manning said he showed a security guard his ID at the courthouse entrance. The card identified Manning as a bail bondsman licensed by the N.C. Department of Insurance.
“It said nothing about being a law-enforcement officer, a deputy or a police officer,” Manning said. “A guard then said, ‘You can’t bring your handcuffs in the courthouse.’”
Manning told the guard that federal and state case law give him the legal authority to carry handcuffs into the courthouse. “The guard said, ‘I still don’t care,’” Manning said.
Manning then asked to speak to the guard’s supervisor, but left the building before speaking to any other security personnel, he said. Manning soon returned, but another guard denied him entry into the courthouse.
Manning said he videotaped both encounters with the guards who, when they realized Manning was recording their actions, “pushed him out of the door.” Several deputies had surrounded him inside the courthouse, Manning said.
“I wasn’t a threat to them,” Manning said.
Manning said he likely irritated the guards by his persistence to enter the courthouse.
“I was a thorn in his (the guard’s) side,” Manning said. “I stood my ground. It’s nonsense.”
According to the search warrant, Manning and another man on April 13 approached three boys who were playing with air guns in the woods behind their house. During the encounter, one of the boys said that Manning pointed a 9 mm handgun at him, an allegation that Manning denies.
“I would never point a weapon at anybody unless I felt my life was in danger,” Manning said, adding that the boys were playing on land belonging to Manning’s family.
During his encounter with the boys, Manning implied that he was a law-enforcement officer and asked for the boys’ addresses, phone numbers and full names, the search warrant said. Manning told the father of one of the boys that he was conducting fugitive training in the woods in the Abington community near Kernersville.
Manning was later charged with misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun at the boy, an arrest warrant says.

On April 20, Manning told a staff member in the Family Services office in the courthouse that he was an undercover agent as he was trying to file a domestic-violence protective order against a female Forsyth deputy, according to the warrant. The Family Services employee believed Manning was a law-enforcement officer.
Manning said he believes the allegations against him are the result of a misunderstanding between him and the investigators involved with the charges against him. He is scheduled to appear in Forsyth District Court on May 17 on the assault charge and May 29 on the charge of impersonating a law-enforcement officer.
That’s one heck of an entry for a misdemeanor charge.
I doubt he was at risk even though the son was pushing that “Martial Law” nonsense and claiming that he is SO important that there is a death threat on him.
I’m tired of getting roped into this “Martyred Conservatives” bunk. It always turns out to be a pile of lies.

What in the blue (you know what) is Homeland Security doing at a misdemeanor bust? HUH????
And various other factoids in the article related to the family as known opposers of the FedState?
If that is what really happened.

Maybe he wasn’t there. Maybe Manning just wants you to think that HS was there to get people stirred up.

Been burned too many times by these types. Unemployed people who sit around imagining government conspiracies against them.
Plus I worked in Winston-Salem for 10 years. It’s not exactly known for this type of thing.
They do take pointing guns at kids pretty seriously.
Why are the no Knock raids so common? Whats wrong with arresting someone on the street? Why does LE insist on putting so many lives at risk?
Maybe they did knock and Manning wouldn’t let them in the door.
We already know the son is armed and he threatened kids with the gun previously.
How many people do you know that had cops kick in their door for no reason? I don’t know anyone.
Ay time the cops come in with guns drawn and flash bangs there are lives at risk. Both the police and the people living there.
Its inexcusable for such a minor issue.

The cops broke his door down, so he must be guilty. jeez you must be dreamin or something
You sound like you don’t like the govt, better put you on the list for a no-knock visit.
Raids like that should be reserved for people who clearly present a clear and present danger to innocents, and who are likely to fire upon officers trying to arrest them.
Everybody else needs to be arrested by uniformed officers coming politely to the door, presenting an arrest warrant, and giving the person an opportunity to come out peacefully.
We know that? Really? The threatened kids part. We KNOW that? How do we KNOW that?
That may or may not be the booking photo. I saw something elsewhere that made me think that is an older photo, just guessing.

The 1st year Sheriff Deputy, Greta Vaughan who broke and entered into my house two weeks ago giving no reason, thought that we were going to bring charges against her, but we were not permitted to enter the Forsyth County Court House when over a dozen Deputies gather to “take us down” but gave it a second thought. The guns they wanted to convescate were in new condition and were part of my retire investments. The Deputy wanted to search for guns since she “heard” that Christopher open carries which is completely legal here for him even if he were not a Fugitive Recoverary Agent. Sheriff Deputies blocked Christopher from entering the Forsyth Court House last week. That is another whole story. Shortly after the confrontation at the court house entrance a Deputy obtained a “Federal” Search Warrant for my home and took over $25-30,000 worth of my handguns, all in absolutely new condition some worth $2,000+ each.
When they came in my door I was on my cell phone speaking to my mother in Columbia, SC. She went into a panic when she heard all of the screaming at me. My wife was still in training in Oklahoma and Mom called her to let her know what was happening. She called me about twice a minute for over an hour, but they would not permit me to answer my phone. So she called one of our neighbors to get me the message to phone her.
They busted-in my front door of this $300,000+ home and busted-in a set of rear French doors. Then they set a diversionary explosive grenade in my entrance hallway. I had gone too the top of the stairs to see what was happening at my front door. They did not announce themselves. When the explosive went off I got flat on the second floor carpet seeing that there were too many people here to successfully resist. The noise was so close I thought I had been shot. I was only about 10 feet away from the device. It blew pictures off of my walls, broke glass inside of the house and blew my heating and air controls off of the wall in the hall and blew on of the batteries into the kitchen. The house is a wreck.
I am much overweight and they forced me to lie on my stomach on the floor for over 30 minutes. My physician has said to not rest on my stomach since it puts unnecessaary pressure on my heart. I sleep on my back. I was then handcuffed and was not permitted to witness the search or use my cell phone. My knee and my back are now in much pain. I do not have the money for a trip to the ER and will phone my doctor tomorrow and find a chiropractor. My left and right knee’s are also injuried and really hurting. My neck and shoulder are very sore due to being shoved into my carpet by a Deputy. I just took 8 IBP for pain. I am too tired and frustrated to go to the ER tonight. They also took some of my Virginia Heritage Foundation historical articles about the South that I use where I go to speak. They mentioned “Manning says bad things about the government.”

I asked “Am I under arrest?” They said no. I asked “Am I being detained?” They said “Yes, for the duration of the search.” For a while I had on two sets of handcuffs while I explained to them that I was a Pastor who trained pastors for many years and that I had counselled LEOs for thousands of hours for nearly 30 years who were having family problems “for gratis” in the cities where I pastored and taught.
At the same time four Forsyth County Deputies pinged my sons phone and were sent to Guilford County to arrest my son Chris on a misdemeanor charge, took three handguns out of his car and threatened to “bust-up” his car windows. He had just bought a 2010 Chevy Equinox of which he is very proud. They took him to the new jail in Greensboro . . . remember that my son is a Fugitive Recovery Agent for the Department of Insurance of State of North Carolina and has national authority.
I have no weapon now for self-defense. None . . . If I can get new handguns I will keep one at home and others at another location. If any of you have 9 mm, 357 mags, or 45 LC or 45 ACP and would like to make a donation to my safety please phone me at (336) 420-5355.
Just before this strike we had a phone call from a friendly and knowledgeable Forsyth County Sheriff saying that Christopher “was targeted for death!!!” And that he would never be safe in this State and that I had been saying things against the government. He said that we are being targeted for death. When the Forsyth Sheriff’s left the Guilford County Judge Magistrate, the Magistrate looked at Christopher and laughed and told him to get out of his jail and that he was refusing to lock him up. We are on friendly terms with judges in several counties where Christopher has made captures. After the search Christopher soon arrived here in Kernersville warning me that I would not be safe sleeping at home and he was making other sleep arrangements. He left Forsyth County for the night.
I discussed the Constitution of the USA with my captors who knew none of the Amendments and what they meant. They asked me to sign a paper which I refused. They ask me if I were injured. I told them that I was not feeling well but was not sure how injuried I was. They said, “He is not injured,” and left after about 3 hours. We have already made a number of phone calls and have three lawyers working on one phase of this and we are asking for Federal and State Protection from DHS and the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department. I expect to have several Federal Marshal’s protecting us by tomorrow morning.
They took Christophers badge from his room and had sworn to the judge signing the Federal Search Warrant that “Christopher does not work for the State of North Carolina.” Man are they in for a rude awakening. The Federal Search Warrant was obtained through giving false information to a Federal judge by the Deputy.
If you do not hear from me regularly during the next thirty days it may well be that one or both of us have been executed to the Forsyth Sheriff’s Department. We have a good recording of them talking about their plans at the arrest of Christopher that they do not know about. My son is still calling trying to get me to leave the house tonight.
Please call your local newspapers and ask them to call us to get the word out while we are alive . . . please. Also you may want to call some of the phone numbers below. I would begin with the governor’s office and then the FBI and then the Newspapers in your area.
It is people like us who speak out and refuse to be silent over such bully tactics. We need to speak out, speak up, speak often and speak loudly. They will have to kill me to silence me and I am sure the thought is already in their minds. I would not be surprised to see my home torched. That is their ignorant style.
