I do not think she is as “Pro-family” as many think. For instance, she has not been known to oppose the repeal of DADT or the homosexual agenda. I fear she is too “libertarain” on many moral issues, and I have no use for libertarians. Also, I don’t think she is absolutely “pro-life.” She is of the mindset that she is against abortion personnally, but would not hold others to that....also a ridiculous libertarian mindset which I cannot abide.

Now all that being said, she is BETTER than anything else that is out there right now. So, I would gladly support her, knowing she is going to let me down on some social/morale issues. Ronald Reagan let me down, and I still think he is one of the best of former presidents. Sarah could make that list as well.

Interesting points. Maybe someone has put together statements she has made about social issues.

Please, the "libertarian" you have no use for has a political philosophy that would protect and defend your right to live morally. It is precisely because of the lack of libertarian principle that the government forces Americans to support and nourish immorality -- sloth, promiscuity, envy, covetousness, homosexuality. Roe v Wade wouldn't exist if the Federal government followed libertarian principle, and Reagan himself SAID that libertarianism is at the core of conservatism.

America's moral decline is in large part DIRECTLY linked to government presuming to "manage" individual morality, from charity (via welfare that ends up funding sloth and promiscuity) to homosexual "rights" (via anti-discrimination laws that force others to accommodate open homosexuality and punish those who exercise their God-given right to tell open homosexuality to go somewhere else), to meddlesome minimum wage laws that dictate a "moral" wage and cripple the early stages of work ethic development and teen employment, simultaneously created a huge magnet for illegal workers in whose home countries our low-skilled labor minimum wage is enough to support a family.

Conservatives like you had BETTER understand that libertarianism is the path to living morally because it PREVENTS government from prohibiting YOU from living morally.
