I think the Feds stopped them because the were “exporting technology. If that is true, then downloading it is legal.

Leading one to conclude that millions upon millions of 3D printers are going to be sold. But which company will make the best and most affordable one? A question investors must be asking themselves about now.

G-code files for machining from stock all the components of an m1911a, a fully functional and rugged firearm, are readily available for feeding into your cnc mill and lathe. But the files for squeezing out hot plastic to make a one-use novelty is verboten. It’s a war on additive synthesis I tell ya.

For the organized elites patriotism is not only passe, but is considered a dangerous vice that is next to terrorism. That is according to the ex-Russian commie lib pedigreed elites and their multitudes of propaganda organizations that are front and center at grabbing our guns.

Yet somehow they get the ear of the ruling elite, many in both Parties and media and others and we lose our rights. Explain that one.

Patriotism is apparently passe but only for the sheep in America, and not other countries that have their borders closed and their citizens armed.

It’s only a matter of time before the Kenyan commie cabal bans those things. I should buy one now. That’s not bad $500.

Good for them but if I wanted to shoot a crappy .380, I’d dig out that old Grendel P-12 I’ve got.

I am assuming that the better 3D printers are not sold but licensed, because the printer used to make this plastic gun was originally confiscated by the company from the gun makers possession. He obtained another run, I presume on the down-low, to finish the project.

The genie is out of the bottle now. There will only be better and better designs from here on out. Banning one not only won’t work it will spread the idea further, as evidenced by the millions of downloads already completed. There are not millions of 3D printers. People are storing the file for some day in the future.

After the publicity he got from the confiscation it was a piece of cake to get the donations necessary for the $8K printer used to test and make the one you see in the video.

What’s great is the design makes it relatively easy to print. Although I haven’t seen all the files yet.

And a friend of mine called me Friday to see how soon I could print out 20 of them to sell as novelties.

I might be able to pay for my printer in a few months, but I won’t.
