John Roberts may be more cunning than folks gave him credit. By declaring Obozo-care a “tax”, Roberts may have had the foreknowledge that this declaration from the SCOTUS would then setup yet another showdown for Obozo-care before the supremes on the grounds the “Taxing Legislation” originated from the Senate rather than the House. Unconstitutional.

All tax and appropriation legislation MUST originate in the House of Representatives.
