Obama’s IRS basically shut the tea party and conservatives out of the 2012 election and out of politics.

The tea party grew and in the 2010 election the tea party won a great victory

So Obama’s IRS shut down or prevented many tea party groups from starting . This is why the 2012 election favored democrats and why Obama won.

Obama’s IRS intimidated many conservatives form taking part in the political process and from raising money for causes they believed in

basically the IRS shut down the tea party to rig the election for democrats in 2012 and for Obama

there would have been a lot more conservatives elected to congress if the tea party groups were allowed to raise money. additionally maybe a conservative would have been nominated for the GOP (as tea party groups couldn’t raise money for a conservative in the primary)

so the election is invalid , Obama must be impeached and the IRS must be abolished not given more power with obamacare.

You're right - this is beginning to resemble a scandal unprecedented in US history.

And claiming ignorance won't work - everything was apparently done to the benefit of Barack Obama's campaign.

WE NEED TO EXPLORE THIS WRT IMMIGRATION REFORM The current wisdom is that IRS agents (govt employees) involved in the n/p Tea Party brouhaha were making taxation decisions based on a taxpayer's political beliefs----this violates the Hatch Act (law applies to govt employees)----and engenders criminal charges.

Everybody knows Ohaha and the Dems are salivating for IR b/c it would garner votes. Ergo, IR is "political activity" as prohibited by the Hatch Act......applies to any govt employee using govt offices for political purposes.....including elected lawmakers.

The non-profit status of latino advocacy groups should be scrutinized. Did they get fast-tracked? Did they engage in political activity w/out penalty?

Make no mistake, the GOP wanted this as much, if not more than O`Bozo and his assclown circus.

People kept asking where Romney's ad buys were when he was being attacked relentlessly by Obama.

The excuse was that Romney had to wait for the primaries to end to get general election funds released. I guess the real reason was that the tax-exempt issue groups that would have normally made up the gap were stopped by the IRS from participating.
