Wednesday 05/15/13 Batchelor Hour 3. (Not Good for OBAMA)
John Batchelor Show ^ | May 15 | John Batchelor

Wednesday 15 May 2013/ Hour 3, Block A: Rep Devin Nunes (CA-21), in re: The IRS dragnet included ht gallery of the House of Representatives: issue of the separation of powers between Executive and Legislative. The press there is reporting on the Legislative, who've been spied on by the Executive.

All we know now is that the Executive has the phone records [pen register]; they'd know if an AP reporter called my landline or cell phone. When the Executive encroaches on the Legislative . . . this is almost unprecedented, separation of powers is enshrined in the Constitution. A gigantic detail.

Larry Johnson, NoQuarter, in re: a hundred pages of e-mail documents. State and CIA took out the name "al Qaeda" out of reports on the attack in Benghazi – the political judgment of State with John Brennan, of Natl Security Council.

Start at CIA, then through the intell community; but with Brennan and his lackeys. As it progresses, NSC brings in State, which says "We can't have Congress know all this 'cause they'll say al Q was involved, and that looks bad for us." It’s only at the very end that they invented the story of the video. Who inserted the video – State, NSC, or Susan Rice at the UN – or are there more documents we haven’t see? [much more; pls go to segment] "We know that al Qaeda elements were involved" was clear in the intell report; State and NSC purged the document of this necessary information.

Jay Carney's façade has completely crumbled, exposed as a complete, utter fabrication. This "side show" is very well documented.

Shifting focus from the #1 scandal - Benghazi - basis for treason.

IRS & telephone scandals are being pushed to the front by marxist media.

Why? HELLry is NOT involved in those 2 scandals.

“Protect HELLry for 2016 at all costs!”

Is it just me or is this very difficult to read. It’s almost like reading a telegraph or something?

Once that’s in focus, it’s clear; like one of those small print patterns you stare at until the hidden picture becomes obvious- when the focus is on the 3rd dimension.

AR, you just insert John B’s radio talking style in there and then it’s clear. And If you haven’t heard him, you’re missing it.

I've proposed this before, but even with a warrant the FBI cannot tred upon the precincts of Congress without the permission of the Speaker of the House.

If we assume for a moment they had no approval to be there, it's long overdue to take the very agents who did the dirty work and try them for TREASON and REBELLION AGAINST THE UNITED STATES.

The House can hold a trial all by themselves, then take the agents out and hang them on the front portico.

This is a legislative branch issue ~ neither the courts nor the Executive have any authority here.

That, btw, would be an unmistakable message to Eric Holder and his thug friends

Hmm... well consider that Boehner's only been speaker since 2010. Nutsy Pelousy, as Speaker, quite possibly could've given that permission.

Force the FBI to give up their paperwork providing permission, find Pelosi's signature, hang her from the front portico.

I'm not finding a problem with this scenario.

I’ve started the clock on the Jay Carney Resignation Watch.
I personally don’t think he can stand much more of this.

The classic 'Old Woman or Young Woman' - the visual version of obama's excuses.

Pelosi would have had to give permission in advance ~ in another case she didn't ~ and neither did Hastert before her. That's the one involving the corrupt congress-critter with the money in the freezer compartment of his office refrigerator.

Even though that was a field office you will all recall the USSC et al AGREED WITH ME.

Most Freepers thought, at the time, that the court could issue a warrant and the FBI could bust in and take evidence even if it was a facility leased or owned by Congress.

That belief was at odds with the existing standard that the FBI and others had to have the permission of the Speaker. That standard had been in effect since the First Continental Congress ~ and it is codified in the Constitution wherein it says the houses make their own rules!

It's long overdue to refresh the tree of liberty with a good hanging of a member of the Executive branch who does not know to keep his hands off Congress' stuff!
