"The use of inappropriate criteria to identify organizations applying for tax-exempt status indicates, in the Board’s opinion, a breakdown in the business processing system of the IRS."

"inappropriate criteria to identify"

Oh no, it was very appropriate to successfully identify political enemies.

"a breakdown in the business processing system"

There was no breakdown. It did what it was suppose to do. The identification was necessary to the processing system of harassed and intimidation. How else would the FBI, ATF, and OSHA had to know where to go?

Frank VanderSloot said on o Reilly that his and eight other names appeared on the Obama campaign website. Then news people and far left website picked up the mantra.

Much harassment via emails. Visit of a Michael Wolf whose website claimed a senate connection followed by:
Three audits by IRS one bT dept of labor

Would like to know who encouraged the senators to write IRS. Was it connected to funding for them

Point is: it’s not just T party and not just IRS
