Well, if that's the case than Mr Perazzi is extremely naive for a world traveler. Why would any salesman (and that's what he was doing promoting prototype shotguns at a gun show) announce the presence of a valuable commodity to a stranger?

And what about the cops who responded to the cabbie's call? Man traveling TO an advertised gun show with guns to promote? Seems reasonable to me. Wasn't there anyone at the show who could immediately vouch for him? At that high-end of a shotgun, there must have been someone at the show whom he was meeting. No?

Something continues to be missing here or this guy is simply dumber than a stump.
