As opposed to those mild tornados that have been around since the beginning of creation, these new "extreme" tornados will just have to go. And a carbon tax should just about do the trick.
F4s and F5s have prowled the Plains for many thousands of years. We just didn't have fancy scientific names for them, especially back in the days when vast swaths of North America were uninhabited, and lightning strikes caused massive wildfires that no one was around to extinguish, in turn causing huge volumes of smoke, ash and CO2 to fill the skies.
