This was an experiment (so to speak) in preparations for Obamacare being handled by the IRS. I hope you all know that Obamacare is a system of targeting groups and individuals. In other words, who will receive health assistance and who will not. Specifically who will receive the consequences of their age, race, who they affiliate with, what religion, and on and on.
So can you not see that Cincinnati was a specific controlled IRA that was chosen to implement a process of giving certain benefits to target groups or individuals and withholding from others based on the criteria of the experiment.
Now you will see the dust settle and they will have some idea of how their Darwinian ideas will succeed. It is all about the Obamacare and choosing who gets what.

That would exactly analagous to a GOP legislator in 1973 stating... "Let's give the Watergate plumbers a medal for not leaving a mess when they left"
The problem with that theory is they will not be in power forever and in fact, much of Obamacare is implemented after 2014. Not saying that having the IRS involved in this is not dangerous and that Obamacare itself is not dangerous. Just saying the Obama administration is finite. These scandals have the power to cripple him thorugh the rest of his term and usher in a Rep Senate. My biggest question is why is all this coming out now? AP, IRS, Benghazi, etc.
