Isn’t there a thing called an unconscionable contract? Buying a $250,000 property for $32,000 seems prety unconsionable to me.

Lets not forget about what started this thing: 18 thousand dollars in property taxes. Enough to evict someone from a home that was debt free, (I assume). Either governor got a deal or the property was wrongly assessed. If so, where was the governor when his neighbor needed help with an unfair tax bill?
