Somewhere, the cadets at West Point and Colorado Springs are breathing a sigh of relief because this year it was the Middies turn in the barrel with the community organizer.
Just one of the many reasons I got my commission through OTS (not to mention the fact that I wasn’t remotely qualified for the service academies out of high school). At OTS/OCS, you’re done in 13 weeks and you get some general as a guest speaker. The one I had as a guest speaker back in ‘85 was about as interested in being there as I was in what he had to say.
But the fly-by was cool...please don’t tell me they cancelled the Blue Angels fly-over at today’s commencement because of another Obama brainstorm, sequestration.
Did he allow the graduates to wear their ceremonial swords? A couple years ago when he spoke at graduation, the Mids were prohibited from wearing them. It was disgraceful! Congratulations to your sons BTW.
No, I didn’t assume it was all “on female” assaults, but the MSM sure wants us to make that assumption.
