African lip plates reminded me of something my wife pointed out recently. A waitress looked like she had hoop type earrings, maybe an inch in diameter. Wife said look closer. Turns out they were the ear lobe all stretched out by some sort of thing.
Yuck, very National Geographic, and she was not negro. I suspect the lip stretching and neck stretching are coming soon as the ghettoizing of the US continues.

Yuck, very National Geographic What will the daughters of today's pierced and tattooed young women do to distinguish themselves from their mothers? They might go back to the unenhanced natural look, or they might go full National Geographic.

I’ve seen those—very bizarre! And you’re right—it looks like it’s straight out of National Geographic.
Why people want to mess up their bodies is beyond me.
