Too late...everything was scrubbed 6 months ago.

A clear signal for all hands to CYA. Thousands of drives and computers will now be emptied or put in storage where no one will be able to sort them out.

Of course this really is a directive to erase everything as soon as possible.

I think it is more of an effort to prevent honest employees leaking documents to conservative news media.

“The Internal Revenue Service is in the process of locking down all computer data across the agency, a sign that stonewalling is now an order from the top.”
There, fixed it.

Four government probes... are being led by the House Oversight Committee, the House Ways and Means Committee, the Senate Finance Committee, and the IRS itself. No, not four, just three: The IRS investigation is to negate the other three of them.

I’m betting their computers have alraedy been scrubbed. This is a fake-out so the mediots and the RATs can say, “See? The IRS is cooperating!” I ain’t buying it.

This administration has, in past investigations like Fast and Furious, started their own “investigation” in order to enable investigative targets to claim privilege since information cannot be divulged in the face of an ongoing investigation. [Once you say it like that it sounds like it came right out of a script for “Yes, Minister!”. ;]
