What will we do when they steal our plans to put homosexuals and women on the front lines? We won’t have any military advantage left!

And note there is no angle in the story discussing how this happened with Obama as President. No connection to him.

It was stupid of them to have that information in computers connected to the Internet. Too many offices use M$ in workstations, too. Too many others have hired systems administrators from enemy nations. It’s a mess. We’re morally bankrupt, and we’re seeing an economic collapse caused by feminism/romanticism, and generally, political correctness.

um... why would classified military information even be on a computer connected to the internet? seriously. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that someone can’t hack a computer not connected to the internet.

My first thought as well, going by the (as ever, misleading) headline.

Perhaps this part of the excerpt explains it:

Evidently part of the big haul was schematics for small parts needed to set up manufacturing for these weapons systems. China apparently uses several different means to gain access to these Defense Systems, most of them utilizing what Information Security experts call "human engineering" — when manipulative emails or clever online con-men actually get victims to divulge information on their own.

'Victims'...uh, OK. There's no defense against stupidity.

Theoria is right. There were quite a few rich constituents pushing Nixon to get the most favored nation trade status ball rolling. They were the first, and bipartisan groups pushed every president thereafter to do the same. Many of them were bosses of manufacturing on U.S. soil back then—some of them even former, high ranking, U.S. Navy officers (very sorry to say), who wanted to move manufacturing to the countries they remembered more fondly from past parties and whoring.

I was there. They went to work drunk and chased other men’s wives in the offices. They threw temper tantrums over nothing more than vanities (muscles showing on young machinists and machine operators). They were the commies from spoiled, socialist, globe-trotting families, unlike the many young Army and Marine veterans who worked for them.

Now we see the bipartisan, socialist trash in leadership descended from those families and having linked all business in improper ways with government. We need a whole lot of getting back to a moral, loyal America.

The PLA sent thousands of new students to universities here during the ‘80s and since after putting them through special PLA schools (public news a few years ago said 50,000 of ‘em each year). Some of the older, higher ranking PLA students bragged about their rank back in China.

Sad to say but I am afraid it won’t happen without some catastrophic event (economic collapse with class in fighting or an all our armed revolution).

I guess computer security's JOB and NEW ROLE is to let them know
what's been compromised rather than preventing it from happening.

"hacked or been allowed to take..."

Yes, I believe it is the latter. It seems like they don't want to be bothered with all the hassle with selling our secrets themselves any more. That's too risky, they just post them where they can be "hacked" by anonymous "Chinese hackers" then a deposit shows up in the offshore account of a liberal 501C3 middleman which then launders it to the various traitors as political donations. Surely the "non-profit" knows they will never be audited by the IRS, they aren't on the official "list". ;) SS1

China’s MFN status was made permanent on December 27, 2001. ... relations (PNTR) status in P.L. 106-286, President Clinton signed into law on October 10, 2000.

"I don’t think they stole them. Clinton and obama gave them plans quite willingly and willfully.

Clinton did it for illegal campaign donations, Al Gore was the bag man. Remember those monks (who vowed poverty) and all the millions Gore brought back? Remember Los Alamos and the missing hard drives? Remember Bill Richardson was head of the Dept. of Energy that ran Los Alamos? Remember his testimony before Congress? Remember When Ho Lee the attempted patsy? Too much risk.

They wised up, now they just let it get "hacked" by unnamed "hackers".

Plugging a USB drive into a classified machine will get your clearance pulled. The very last time my company covered travel for me (Dec 2008), I had to attend a meeting on the east coast. Part of the meeting was to inform us of the termination of some project members due to use of a USB thumb drive. The intent of the meeting was to make sure everyone understood that would not be tolerated.

There are other ways classified data might leak other than an internet path. There are offsite backup plans for disaster recovery. Failure to safeguard the backup media offsite could very well compromise information.

“Was Wahid’s new company HAND…really the implementation of EPA 211 or access to our defense intelligence – or both?”

That was the question I was asking in 2009/2010. I didn’t include “hackers”.

I had some info left on Libre and just transferred it onto a site I use for stuff. You’ll find the info and links at the following site at the bottom:
http://mediachecker.wordpress.com/2011/04/19/25/

Sorry it’s a mess but just transferred it and it looks bad but readable just don’t have time to fix it. I had more info on the Chinese professors university at the time but can’t find it due to time limits.

Clarification: “Wahid” Hamid was Obama’s Pakistan roomie at Occidental. He’s been on the Denfense Board since Obama was presumably voted into office. No time to transfer all info here - for more go to the mediachecker site if you so wish.

Just wait until Barack Obama reads about this in the newspaper!

First, I laughed.

Then, I cried.
