You also can't sell anything religious. Excerpt from the rules

Material that is inappropriate, indecent (including but not limited to nudity, or pornography), sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent, profane, obscene, hateful, tortuous, derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, (including using words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group).

Actually, that says that you can’t sell material that is “derogatory of any ... religious ... group.” If Muslims claim that selling Bibles is derogatory of Islam, then maybe they get you on that, but the rule itself does not prohibit religious products per se.
