Lawyer says convicted lobbyist won't go to jail

Gentile also says U.S. District Judge Larry Hicks applied the wrong legal standard with jury instructions based on a current interpretation of federal election laws, not the one that existed when Whittemore wrote personal checks to donors who in turn sent money to Reid’s campaign.

There probably isn’t a more deserving person who should go to prison for this sort of activity. I lived in Nevada, met the man, and figured him out quickly as a power hungry lawyer(liar) using other people’s money to further his power grab. A pompous, egotistical scumbag par excellance.....

I wrote Reid’s only biography “Harry: Money Mob and Influence”, which covers multiple bribes to Harry Reid over many decades. I was blackballed by MSM. Now with Whittemore conviction and other cases, it is time to crank up the expose again. I go into Whittemore and half a dozen other similar cases.
