I didn’t see it on the schedule when I looked earlier. Looks like it’s on C-SPAN3. Unfortunately, not on C-SPAN Radio, which is the only way I could follow it at work. Instead, they’re carrying the hearing on (hetero)sexual assaults in the military.
Actually, looks like I was wrong looking again. It only lists the IRS hearing as a C-SPAN.org event. I don’t see any indication of TV coverage.

CSPAN emailed me. They agreed to cover Tuesday’s Testimony.

If you go to CSPAN and click the “Live TV/radio” at the top left tomorrow at 7 AM Pacific, it should come up -
FNC will be airing some of it until they think it is no longer interesting or a commercial break is coming up.

I don’t know what the problem is, but I’m still not seeing it on the schedule. The only place I see it listed is on the main schedule page on the right under C-SPAN.org events. I don’t know what calling something a C-SPAN.org event means, but I certainly don’t see anything indicating that it’s coming up on C-SPAN3. 3 is currently showing the military sexual assaults hearing, which only started a little while ago. So unless they’re planning on cutting away from that, and doing so with no announcement on their page, it still looks to me like they’re avoiding it.
I just clicked on the description of this “event” down on the schedule page, and got a pop-up stating “No airings have been scheduled for this event.”
I’m thinking they lied to you.
The C-SPAN website is one of the most obtuse, circuitously feckless designs in the history of internet. feh.
