Sen. Richard Blumenthal, a Connecticut Democrat, said he would push to include amendments designed to curb immigrants’ access to firearms in immigration legislation.

“I am definitely going to file them and I’m planning to offer them,” Mr. Blumenthal said. “We ought to take this opportunity to fight for common sense

Looks like we need a government control amendment first.

Oh, just darn ~ but maybe we can wing that on the sterilizations ~ pay them 1 carbon credit redeemable on any carbon credit exchange ~

Now, the gay angle ~ with all the illegals sterilized they can have sex anyway they wish, and get married to whoever and however ~ but in their case it doesn't affect their back tax obligations!

LOL.
Classic Separated at Birth side-by-side.
Interesting that Blumie finds time from polishing all his combat medals to push for anti-Second Amendment bills, eh?

Where in heck does their sense of self-righteious superiority come from?

CS Lewis speaks loudly and clearly even today...especially today:

Of all tyrannies a tyranny exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent busybodies. The robber baron secretly may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated, but those who torment us for our own good will torment without end, for they do so with the approval of their own conscience. To be ‘cured’ against one’s will, and cured of states which we may not regard as disease, is to be put on a level with those who have not yet reached the age of reason…. You start being ‘kind’ to people before you have considered their rights and then force upon them supposed kindnesses which they in fact had a right to refuse, and finally kindnesses which no-one but you will recognise as kindnesses and which the recipient will feel as abominable cruelties.

Liberal plantation conditional amnesty: you can be Americans without guns. I told people we were buying slaves, not for true amnesty.

To be consistent, Blumenthal should push for legislation to ban matches.

Arson killed 95 students and teachers at Our Lady of Angels School in Chicago in 1958.

he knows it is not going to work. Immigration is finished and he knows it. This is just a “claiming the issue”.

Democrats are waiting like vultures for the next disaster. They don’t want to save lives, only profit from murders.
