We’re not talking about policy, competence or responsibility... it’s about a mass attachment to a ruler, like Venezuelans to Chavez. More than half of Americans are emotionally bonded to Obama. They can’t.. and won’t.. quit him, ever.

Obama is a vicious master of manipulating peoples emotions, he's done it so deeply that many Americans world view would fall apart if he was seen as a failure. Their "world" would be threatened if fails.

Exactly... they would be completely crushed and (I'm not kidding here) a surge in suicides would follow. Obama is what passes for a god with these people. They would come unglued.
