Rush talks about this frequently, calling it the Limbaugh Theorem, whereby Obama has managed to duck responsibility for every single negative event that has happened during his presidency.
Allen West was on Hannity’s radio show yesterday, and, as a military leader, he said that if someone in one of his units screwed up, the responsibility and blame would still accrue to him. Apparently, Obama subscribes the motto: “The buck stops just below me.” The corollary is—”Hey—I just read about it in the newspaper, just like you folks.”
