Let me see if I get this. They are mandated to learn rudimentary Spanish in many communities but not recognize sign language.

Did her license list hearing disability on it. Under restrictions mine says "corrective lenses."

My wife is a ASL interpreter and she said that most of her clients carry a card that states that they are deaf and need an interpreter or need written communication.

How was she using her cell phone if she’s deaf? And certainly while driving!?!?
