So take a picture with your phone of a police officer in the right circumstance and you are a felon. If there is a situation when an officer has to make physical contact with you, you become a felon.

It’s all left up to the officer and whether he or she is having a bad day.

This stuff isn’t funny at all. This is basically a right to charge anyone with a felony just for being close to a cop.
