Interesting. I wondered when they would attack this principle that a marriage must be witnessed in order to actually be a marriage.

Why worry about that just pass a law where a peice of paper that says I have a drivers license and I am now married to John or Jane Doe, and have a homless guy sign it and spit on it for a seal, and a 5 dollar tip for some more ripple!
