Today, June 8th, (yes, on a Saturday) the Defense and Prosecution will be back in court to discuss the various motions, still unattended, filed by both the Defense and the Prosecution.
Yesterday the hearing was hours of presentation by the Prosecution team for their “audio experts”, the media trying to hide their laughter, and the questioning by the Defense team…. “can you hear me now”…. witness testimony around the 911 audio.
Today, Saturday, the prosecution will continue their audio peeps –
Then the Defense will drop the hammer with their EXPERTS.
The defense experts are actually that, experts:
Dr. James Wayman, Biometrics, Research Administrator
Professor Peter French
NIST George Doddington

Zimmerman’s attorney just asked if the judge would relax his reporting requirement since he would be in court during those hours and the judge refused.
When asked again she then doubled the requirement saying that he should report before court and then after court.
This witch is beyond belief. She is mad at the defense that she is having to spend her Saturday at the courthouse watching her team getting Fryed. She is going to get back at the defense one way or another.
This last witness laughed out loud when they asked if he was able to hear the words the state’s witness (voice analyst) heard during the screaming. ( “I beg you! Stop!”).....UH...NO....”

They wanted her to work it out but she acted like they should do that. She did not want to coordinate it. Then she gave two different times and they verified with her whether they could choose one or the other and she said yes. They had to drag it out of her though. I think she was anxious to get to her donut break.
I think Zimmerman should keep it at 10—12 and just get up right there in court when the judge is talking and walk out to make his phone call or make the call right in the courtroom.
No matter what the defense requests it is a NO. S.... her.
LOL! That would be hilarious! But that intimidating officer would probably overreact. I noticed his stance as well. Kind of threatening for no reason.
Tossing the 911 call from the trial is what treyvons side wants. They just muddying the water so it can’t be used against them

I’ve worked for the government before and this judge reminds me of one of the many incompetent govt employees who are in way over their head but management doesn’t bother to try to get rid of them.
This incompetent idiot must have been somebody’s cousin or sister to get her appointment. Now the poor citizens of Florida are stuck with her being in a position of authority. Are ALL or most of the Florida judges like this?
O'Mara wants the call in so that No. 8 pergeres herself and Crump becomes guilty of setting up a witness.
I'd laugh if the housing complex hired O'Mara to get their money back. They were guilty of nothing.

The witness said he was inside his home, about 30 feet away from the incident, when he heard a “commotion coming from the walkway” behind his residence. He said he had seen a “a black male, wearing a dark colored ‘hoodie’ on top of a white or Hispanic male who was yelling for help.” The black male “was mounted on the white or Hispanic male and throwing punches ‘MMA (mixed martial arts) style.’” The witness said he called out that he was dialing 911, then heard a pop and saw the black male “laid out on the grass.”

She did something similar during a ruling on an objection earlier in the day, jumping at a ruling for the prosecution while making it obvious that she hadn't grasped the issue. The defense is going to have to make a conscious effort to simplify issues for her.
