In another article his friend agreed this had nothing to do with the Constitution but that he broke the rule. If his original speech had been about the Constitution, everything might have been fine. Schools can’t have kids go off on whatever in front of thousands in the audience. If I was the speech approval honcho, I wouldn’t care what the kid wanted to speak about as long as it is within the bounds of decency but let him go off and I’m pulling the plug pronto.
