Exactly! But how many of the general population have figured that out.Much less take it for granted as we do.?
There is so much here on FR that we routinely take for granted that the average LIV does not have a clue!! We have done a less than stellar job of getting out the basics of this regime.
We have to do better.Its all at stake now.
