I think we have an excellent opportunity to enforce REALITY on these businesses ... with reality being ACTUAL TRUE INFORMED CONSENT (already a legal requirement,,, they just are exempted by local rules), compliance with OUTPATIENT SURGERY CENTER standards (already a legal requirement ,, they just are exempted by local rules) and yes BRINGING REALITY HOME to the "mother" via mandatory ULTRASOUND VIEWING AND A FINAL SIGNOFF...
You're worried about expenses related to compliance verification ... As long as we get the laws on the books ... ( THEY"RE ALREADY ON THE BOOKS!!! WE JUST NEED TO GET THE EXEMPTIONS REMOVED THAT ALLOW THEM TO OPERATE OUT OF COMPLIANCE) ... The bottom line is that with cheap spycam technology we can provide the enforcement ourselves... That's exactly what all laws do... The stop sign on the corner legislates that you don't blast through an intersection because it would create a danger to others... The laws against fraud legislate morality ... What about rape laws ,, Are you saying that rape is OK and shouldn't be illegal if the woman isn't physically harmed... we can't legislate morality after all according to you...
