A member of a pro-Travyon Martin group was unmasked Wednesday as he tried to get on the jury in George Zimmerman’s trial for shooting the unarmed teen.
A white male potential juror in his 50s who identified himself as an unemployed musician and painter gave long, rambling answers about his impartiality when asked basic questions by attorneys.
After both prosecution and defense attorneys finished questioning the potential juror, they requested a sidebar with the judge.
Circuit Judge Debra Nelson said she had a question for juror E-7, the white male.
She asked if he posted something to the “Coffee Party Progressives” Facebook page March 21.
Nelson circled something on a piece of paper and handed it to him, and told him to look at it and tell the court if he posted it.
The man said yes, and then was dismissed from the jury.
According to its Facebook page, the Coffee Party Progressives is a group “dedicated to seeking justice for Trayvon Martin.”
Among the comments were some believed to be from juror E-7, who made incendiary remarks about Zimmerman and police in Sanford, Fla., where Martin was shot.
Shortly after this stealth Trayvonista juror was busted for lying to the court, the Trayvonista scheme team takes to the podium to say this:
“Today on the third day of the jury selection in the Trayvon Martin murder trial we are inspired by the honesty of the potential jurors. Their answers have been forthright and we have faith that the justice system and the members of the public who are selected for the jury will perform their civic duty in a fair and impartial manner....

Was this a veiled threat to the jury pool and the defense team and the news media delivered right there in the courtroom???
The Coffee Party is chock full of nuts.

There is no telling how much tampering this person did to the other potential members.

Right? OK Yeaah?fat chance that this defense will be afforded a fair and impartial jury, it won’t happen, fear of factors has been envoked. Best bet move the case to South Africa and trust the judge (no juries there)
That creep should see a lot more time that Zimmerman has already wasted with this banana kangaroo legal system.
I wish he had fled to Brazil or Peru or wherever his family was from and had just faded away. The injustice being done to him is sickening.

These are the people trying to get ON the jury and the people with an education and jobs are often trying to AVOID jury duty.
Can’t they get this effer for lying? I don’t remember from my last jury duty, but don’t they swear you in?
Jury duty is crucial. It takes justice out of the hands of lawyers and judges.
“getting out of duty” is why we have left wing idiots in the jury pools.
the radios were full of seminar callers who had no clue about the scientific evidence. The meme is that of a person running around with fiream drawn and a fully auto musket.
I argued that GZ should find a pro-accused judge & waive jury trial. He can’t get a fair trial. Only people who already think he’s guilty will want to be on the jury, and people who think he’s probably not guilty would be afraid to vote that way—especially in Flordia, where there only are 6 people on a jury.
There is no credible evidence to disprove Zimmerman’s version of events and no credible evidence to prove the persecutor’s political charges of 2nd degree murder.
This is an illegal trial, where a “special prosecutor” was appointed without any evidence or hearing to prove where the case warranted a special prosecutor.
Benjamin Crump lied about the age of his witness to shield his accusations from scrutiny—& he refused to let investigators interrogate her. Angela Corey used her testimony as sole basis for her charges, even though other evidence makes Crump’s witness look silly and dishonest—NOT Zimmerman.
Considering that the George Zimmerman accusation is based on PHONE RECORDS, the fact that Crump shielded his witness from investigators & took her to Eric Holder——is both suspicious and problematic for the prosecution IN THE LIGHT of recent discovery of Obama administration telephone and computer spying.
Crump’s witness inexplicably did not come forward for a month—while Crump was able to hear GZ’s testimomy, listen to police tapes, see evidence & hear eyewitness and fabricate his lame accusation around them. But his accusation has so many holes and contains so much speculation that doesn’t stand against other evidence—it’s doubtful that a fair jury would even consider a verdict of “guilt” here. For example:
We hear GZ exclaim that “He’s running...they always get away”.....so of course—Crump needs his witness to explain away Zimmerman’s police taped phone call. So he has his witness say SHE told Trayvon Martin to “RUN!”, and he does—but soon decides to stop and “I’ll just walk fast”. That’s because he has to account for Zimmerman saying “He’s running”, but also account for the fact that he accuses GZ of catching Martin and shoving him as excuse for shooting him.
But That doesn’t make sense, either...because if TM decided just to “walk fast” then GZ couldn’t have been close and he mustn’t have felt in danger at that point...but later could run. Thus, this witness proves NOTHING..and what she didn’t say is what is most important. She didn’t say Zimmerman was brandishing a weapon......or else why would TM “just walk fast”. Her testimony is mostly hearsay and speculation even if the jury thinks she’s not lying—which she probably is. She can’t establish distances or time frames—neither of which match other evidence, etc.
This case stinks. Pam Bondi is a coward, Angela Corey is a psycho. Benjamin Crump is a crooked lawyer. Holder might even be involved in witness tampering and record tampering , here.
