If I had the authority, San Fran Nan would be thrown out of the Church so fast that her head would spin. Unfortunately, I don't have the authority to do that. If she was excommunicated, she'd probably spin it as a badge of honor; saying see was fighting for women's reproductive rights against the oppressive dogma of the Catholic Church.
